To disinfect plates, crockery and cutlery first rinse in water to remove solid items of food.
Then immerse the items to be disinfected in a solution diluted at 1:120 , 85ml (or four large capfuls) in every 10 litres of hand hot water.
Clean the items with a sponge then leave for 5 minutes contact in the solution.
Rinse with clean water before drying.
Clear blue liquid.
