Delivery & Returns Policy

General Information

All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and your order will be placed on backorder until we receive sufficient stock to complete your order in full. If you hold a credit account with us, we may have an agreement in place to part-ship your order. In this scenario, we will inform you of what items are out of stock and will ship what is available. Items on backorder will follow as soon as they come available.

2. Delivery Location

Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United Kingdom. Any shipments outside of the United Kingdomare not available at this time.

3. Delivery Time

An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfil your order within 2 business days of the date of your order. Business days means Monday to Friday, except holidays.

Please note we do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays.

The date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you would like to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout page. Once at the checkout screen, shipping charges will be displayed.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote areas or for large or heavy items. You will be advised of any charges on the checkout page.

5. Damaged Items in Transport

If there is any damage to the packaging on delivery, contact us immediately at sales@wessexcleaning.com

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or an exchange for the value of the item sent. This excludes carriage charges. Please see below for more information on our return policy. 

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached. If they are not, we will be unable to accept the return and a refund will not be issued.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days from the receipt of your item to process your return.

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.

If you hold a Credit Account with us, your returns or exchanges will be exempt from Carriage charges
